Exchange & Return policy
Our exchange policy ensures 100% customer satisfaction. We would be glad to exchange if the same item is available in our store or a store credit for the same will be initiated once the garment is received in our warehouse address after deducting the shipping cost.
Please be sure about your size before ordering. Still not sure about the size you want, drop us a text on WhatsApp and our team will assist you.
- Size Exchanges: Available within 2 days of order receipt, subject to availability. Please ensure tags remain attached, the product is unaltered, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Product Exchange: Requests accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 2 days of receiving your order. Please record a clear unboxing video so that you can claim damage ( If any ). The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns/Cancellations: We do not accept returns and cancellations. All sales are final.
- Change of mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items solely due to a change of mind.
Exchange requests are accepted within 2 days of receiving the package. The reverse shipment must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the package. The return garments need be packed properly as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged articles will not be accepted. Shipping the goods back to our address is your responsibility. The cost of returning the goods to be borne by the customer. Please write our complete address on the packet along with the phone number. Be sure to retain one copy of our invoice and proof of dispatch (issued by your courier service provider).
After initiating the exchange request, it takes approximately 3-7 working days for the product to reach our facility, subject to logistics partner related restrictions in the respective area.
